IQD IQXT-316 TCVCXO Oscillators
IQD IQXT-316 Temperature-Controlled, Voltage-Controlled Crystal Oscillators (TCVCXO) use ASIC technology and are designed to meet short- and medium-term stability requirements of packet network synchronization for Small Cells. IQXT-316 oscillators feature low jitter for meeting network interface requirements (10GE). This IQD series also offers low phase noise for meeting radio interface requirements of LTE-A (TS 36.104) and WCDMA (TS 25.104) transceivers. IQXT-316 features a 19.2MHz to 40.0MHz frequency range and 3.3V voltage.
