Ohmite TKH45 45W TO-252 Thick Film Resistors are small-size, low-profile, surge capable film resistors with a -55°C to +175°C temperature range for automotive applications. Low thermal resistance under 3.0°C/W provides high cooling performance. Ohmite TKH45 provides high-performance RF characteristics for high-speed pulse operation. Applications include snubber, gate control, rush current protection, and PV, UPS, and motor control inverters.
